To make a claim under your Protection Plan, follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team via our website: If your board is damaged and you are covered by the Protection Plan, visit our website and use the contact form to submit your claim. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
Provide photo evidence: Submit clear photos showing the damage to your board. This helps us review the claim and proceed with your replacement.
Receive your replacement board: Once your claim is approved, we will send an exact replica of your original board at no additional shipping cost. Design changes or modifications are not permitted under the plan.
Decide if you want to purchase a new Protection Plan: After your replacement board is shipped, your current Protection Plan will be fulfilled. If you’d like continued coverage, you will need to purchase a new Protection Plan for the replacement board, as each plan applies to only one board.
No, the Protection Plan must be purchased at the time of ordering your board and cannot be added after damage occurs. However, we offer a reduced reprint fee if you are reprinting the exact same design, available within the first 5 years of your board’s purchase.
